Ltd established, implemented, and maintained a formal system for Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment Protection (QHSSE) that meets the requirements and expectations of clients and Interested Parties. The system continuously improves and addresses future needs and enables Risk -Base preventive controls through the introduction of an Integration Management System (IMS) in accordance with the international Maritime Conventions, Rules, Regulations, and Industry Standards.
Our external clients’ satisfaction is the pre-requisite for achieving internal customer satisfaction, through all interactive activities and processes, across all departments and offshore services projects managed by the company, to ensure a centralized alignment and focus on consistently achieving the IMS Objectives. The knowledge and importance of achieving IMS objectives and Policies have been communicated to Staff and Partners. Subsequently, a tailor made QHSSE Project Plan will be established based on detailed analysis of the project individual activities, processes, and project management team / Projects’ Partners interfacing requirements.
Marinology Co. Ltd identifies Operational HSSE aspects and associated hazards, for each project, evaluates the significance of such impacts, and monitors the implementation of corresponding control measures. Our documented information provides an essential baseline of “know-how” for effective management control, auditing, and improvement.
